(1) Vendor needs to provide Title IX Training Solutions to
- Provides email delivery, online access, and documentation of email receipt, for appropriate Title IX/Sexual Violence training for students.
- Provides email delivery, online access, and documentation of email receipt, for appropriate Title IX/Sexual Violence training for faculty and staff.
- Provides online and engaging training for students on topics:
a. What constitutes Sexual Violence or sexual harassment
b. How to reduce the risk of becoming a victim of sexual violence
c. How to report incidents of sexual violence or sexual harassment
d. The role alcohol and drugs often play in sexual violence incidents, including the deliberate use of alcohol and/or other drugs to perpetrate sexual violence
e. Title IX’s protections against retaliation
4. Provides online and engaging training for faculty and staff on topics:
a. Practical information about how to prevent and identify sexual violence.
b. How to report incidents of sexual violence.
c. Title IX’s protections against retaliation.
(2) All questions had been submitted no later than April 11, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
