Vendor needs to provide downtown public relations services for develop an organized effort to communicate the positive news about new businesses, developments and events, safeguard downtown historically consistent reputation as a regional destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment with a high-quality public relations strategy that promotes positive elements and addresses negative perceptions, create targeted messaging for local audiences who directly interact with downtown, such as residents, employees, and patrons of local establishments; and broader messaging for regional audiences to raise awareness, messaging that extolls the benefits of increasing urban density, walkable communities, and the elimination of surface parking from economic, environmental, and human health standpoints, promote positive news from downtown business owners to the greater public, utilizing existing platforms such as the downtown website, social media accounts and staff for implementation of strategy, outreach strategies that take into consideration new media as well as traditional methods including website, social media, television, video, radio, print, apps etc.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
