Vendor needs to provide patron management system for unified payment system for managing patron purchases and fine payment as well as reconciliation and reporting for the finance department, manages patron access to public facing computer resources including reservations, logins, time control and printing, patron fine payment and print/copy/scan release and payment, mobile printing, antivirus and malware endpoint protection, ensure our needs are clearly met and can help position us for the next wave of growth by taking advantage of your system features and processes, ensure a positive patron user experience through a consistent, reliable and easy to understand interface while minimizing the need for workarounds and frequent staff intervention, functional administrative capabilities at the staff level as well as the IT support level ability to consolidate or migrate one or more of our other tools into a single solution in the future.
