[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide human resources consulting firm services for staff of Director, Deputy Director, Human Resource Manager, etc. to the government authority located in Hillsdale, MI.
• Team Building and Development
o Increase team cohesiveness to promote more effective work relationships
o Unite employees around common goals and generative greater productivity
o Increase employee engagement
o Address co-worker conflicts
• Leadership Coaching
o Develop manager coaching abilities to increase employees’ skills, motivation attitude and willingness to contribute to the organization’s goals.
o Develop effective communication skills
• Conflict Resolution – as needed
• Employee Development and Training
(2) All question Must be submitted no later than March 27, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for two years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
