[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide network equipment wireless access points and engineering services including installation and commissioning for each device to the government authority located in Grand Rapids, MI.
- Sixty 48 port network switches, pricing shall include all freight charges, shipping costs and
any un-boxing costs.
- Sixty Switch management licenses, pricing to be for each switch.
- Two Hundred Forty dual-band 802.11abgn, ac, ax Wireless Access Point with Multi-Gigabit
Ethernet backhaul, 8x8:8 streams 4x4:4 streams, OFDMA, MU-MIMO, BeamFlex+, dual ports, PoH, uPoE, 802.3at PoE support including limited lifetime warranty.
- Two Hundred Forty Wireless Access Point Licenses, price for each AP.
- Pricing for 1 year support on all two hundred and forty W.A. P’s.
- Installation pricing shall be identified for the wireless access points.
- Installation Pricing shall also include engineering, project management for all equipment
include wireless controller configuration and follow-up configuration.
- Provide and allowance value to re-cable any access point should an existing network cable be
found non-functional when the existing AP is removed.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 6, 2019.
