Government Authority located in Sterling Heights, Michigan; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for managed janitorial services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide managed janitorial services at the ten municipal buildings located in the city, and provides following services to the government authority located in Sterling Heights, MI.
- Managed janitorial services provided shall include cleaning services and casual labour for varying assignments, and other daily seasonal tasks
- Managed janitorial services shall include providing all necessary management, supervision, labour, equipment, materials and supplies required to perform managed janitorial service cleaning operations for all facilities
- Provide all labour and ancillary staff to coordinate all functions under the contract as to ensure the safe and timely cleaning operations of all city facilities
- Provide setups and takedowns as required of each facility on an as-needed basis
- The contractor shall base cost projections on performing a full cleaning service, this service shall be as per all specifications, the contractor shall use their demonstrated expertise to further optimize the current janitorial operations in an effort to improve services and reduce costs
(2) A pre-proposal inspection will be held on March 26, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than April 4, 2019.
(4) The term of the contract shall be three years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
