[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide third party administrator services for smart’s self-insurance vehicle and general liability insurance.
- Loss adjustment services would include 24-hour availability (one-hour response time) for on-scene investigation of serious bodily injury claims throughout the smart service area, thorough claim investigation, with regular reporting to smart, timely claim processing and payment, claim recording and monthly loss run preparation including timely reserve updating, reporting to excess insurance carrier as required, preparation for, and attendance at, smart quarterly claims review meetings, typically the claims review meetings take two 8 hour days each quarter, coordination with smart’s appointed legal counsel on litigated cases, audit and pay legal bills for reasonable and necessary charges, TPA must provide weekly disbursement reports, complete cooperation and assistance during periodic audits, aggressively pursue all subrogation recovery opportunities as part of claims handling fee, estimate and maintain reserves on the basis of the most probable final cost, provide additional reports as requested, specifically but not limited to June 30 year-end, provide samples of regularly included reports, with charges, if any, for extra requests, secure remote computer access to TPA’s claims system by selected smart personnel, provide medicare reporting services, provide a monthly summary of all litigated cases, provide a semi-annual claims summary by policy, provide a semi-annual all files list and provide medicare section 111 reporting.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
