[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide Community Favourability Marketing Campaign for Design and produce online ads and video content for placement on various social media platforms.
• Onboard data and match likely voters in the college service district to both offline and online lists to locate and target a specific audience. Once the audience is identified, match the targets across various online platforms with a match rate of 50% or higher.
• Target individuals across online platforms (such as Facebook/Instagram) with both video and image creative. Be able to reach a known voter universe of individuals likely to turnout in the
2020 election with relevant video and image ads. Narrowly target our key individuals on Facebook and beyond using sophisticated targeting tactics offered by social media platforms.
• High quality, full production video and graphics that are flexible, digitally optimized, and responsive across devices and platforms. NOTE: All video and graphic assets or digital images
created for use in this campaign, whether used or not, will remain property of MCC and can be used by MCC for any future campaign.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
