Vendor needs to provide property restoration service for restore and clean contents of buildings including deodorization, disinfection, packing, heated and secured storage, and ultrasonic cleaning, electronics diagnosis and restoration of equipment and warranty services after completion of restoration, implement cleaning utilizing ozone rooms as necessary, respond to catastrophic fire, soot and smoke damage, continually clean a building during a communicable disease outbreak, identify melds and develop a remediation plan based on accepted national guidelines, inspect and evaluate a situation and provide the county a recommended course of action, identify, contain and collect certain hazardous materials under direction the government authority located in Waterford, MI.
