[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide health insurance broker services includes following to the government authority located in Allegan, MI.
- Identify opportunities for improvement consistent with the county desire to continue providing competitive and innovative plans that strike a balance between cost and coverage while attracting and retaining quality employees
- Leverage the county organization-wide pursuit of a wellness program towards its future benefits plans and assist the county in finding benefit plans that support and reinforce its commitment to wellness
- Present on findings and educate the county on current and future benefit opportunities, assisting them in developing a long-term strategy for designing and implementing future benefits offerings.
- Annually, in consultation with the county, prepare and present a plan that summarizes accomplishments and services provided by the contractor to the county over the previous year and identifies action items planned for the coming year consistent with the overall agreed-upon long-term strategy
- Evaluate the county current benefits philosophy and offerings against best practices and cost and coverage benchmarks.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 11, 2019.
(3) The term of the contract shall be three years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
