[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide safety and security film project to the government authority located in Chesaning, MI
- Minimum square footage for the project is approximately 2,800 square feet, with a maximum of approximately 4,000 square feet.
- Impact resistance: provide films that when applied to 1/8-inch annealed glass pass the impact test requirements of ANSI Z97.1 and CPSC 16 CFR 1201.
- Peel strength: >2720 (>6) when tested in accordance with ASTM D3330.
- Puncture strength: 156 when tested in accordance with ASTM D4830.
- Surface Burning Characteristics: Provide films that have Class A ratings when tested in accordance with ASTM E84.
- Tensile Properties: Minimum Tensile Strength of Film: 32,000 psi, average, Minimum Elongation at Break: >100 percent, Break Strength - Average Load: 266 lbs/in.
- Ultraviolet Transmission: Provide safety-and-security films with UV absorbing materials that limit the weighted UV Transmission to less than 1.0 percent or less when measured according to ASTM E903.
- Provide safety-and-security films that do not have a masking sheet.

- Onshore (USA Only);

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
