(1) Vendor needs to provide, rental and installation of audio, visual and lighting equipment for the commencement ceremony including HD video projector with SDI input 14k Lumin, 11.3' x 20' front projection video screen, JBL VT4889 vertec line array speaker, be Robin 300 LED Wash Moving Light, robe pointe profile moving light, smart fade ML lighting console, motion labs moving light power distro, 80" side fill monitors for north and south bleacher areas with SDI Inputs, etc. to the government authority located in Grand Rapids, MI.
(2) A voluntary pre-bid meeting will be held on March 19, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than March 22, 2019.
