[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide ITS network modernization services for network operations and is not readily scalable for future systems, operational demands, and application and data feeds that are planned to be riding on the ITS network, demonstrated a strong desire to improve ITS network operations throughout users to be able to effectively operate, maintain and view information in a reliable way,
- The planned network architecture does not aim at replacing systems or applications that provide the communications support between Center and Field, field ITS equipment, control applications uses, but rather to improve the network topology, performance and resumption, robustness of the overall network that licensed backhaul radio, cabinet device, wired connection, wireless link, wireless access point, microwave video detection system, autos cope, closed circuit television camera, existing single mode fiber, future single mode fiber to the government authority located in Mount Clemens, MI.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 8, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
