[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide comprehensive operational analysis for its entire fixed route bus system to be accompanied on the school bus to and from various placement schools, both in and out of district, arrangements for pick-up and drop off will be coordinated between the awarded vendor and the department of transportation to the government authority located in Grand Rapids, MI.
- Stakeholder outreach, education and engagement plans
- Summary of service priorities based on public input, existing plans, as well as cities and regional initiatives
- A cost-neutral service plan that addresses the immediate mobility needs for the region
- Alternate service plan that address the rapids priorities for service expansion over the next 3 years
- Alternate service plan that address the rapids priorities for service expansion over the next 4-6 years
- Implementation plan for each of the proposed service options
- Operating and capital costs requirements including facility needs to adequately fund each of the proposed service plans
- Analysis of infrastructure capacity and functionality to support recommendations for service changes or expansion
- Truly visionary and innovative approach to the best use of transit resources to best meet the mobility needs of the region

- Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
