Government Authority located in Detroit, Michigan; USA based organization looking for temporary staffing services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary staffing services to the government authority located in Detroit, MI.
- Provide qualified temporary staffing personnel on an as needed basis;
- Pre-screen all temporary personnel prior to referral to assure that they have the required skills
and abilities to perform the assigned tasks and meet the minimum qualifications.
- Conduct background and employment reference checks, including pre-hire drug testing, prior
to the start date of the assignment;
- Provide requested Temps within a reasonable amount of time, preferably no less than three days from date of request unless additional time is granted by the Authority.
- Adhere to all state and federal laws labour and employment laws, and shall not discriminate
against an individual on the basis of race, colour, religion, gender, marital status, national origin,
age or disability.
- Adhere to federal and state privacy protection laws when conducting background checks and
provide the required waivers, authorizations, notices, disclosures and releases.
- Provide proper documentation, including weekly timesheets, to accurately reflect the actual
hours worked by each temporary staff and submit itemized invoices accordingly.
- Maintain confidentiality of Authority proprietary, business and confidential information.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 20, 2019.
(3) A contract term will be for three years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
