[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide general legal services to provide legal services in particular general counsel, auto and general liability to the government authority located in Flint, MI.
- Provide legal advice, counsel, services, consultation, and opinions to the General Manager, Board, and Management staff to ensure compliance, on the full scope of municipal legal assignments.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 18, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for five years.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
