Vendor needs to provide commercial real estate services including prepare and place listings for services and other appropriate websites, marketing of the available properties, display for sale signs on the properties within city ordinances, respond and manage all calls regarding the property for sale, arrange and coordinate site visits of potential buyers, assist and consult with city representatives in determining fair-market values of the property, receive and present purchase offers to city representatives, attend requested meetings as requested by the city, coordinate sale process, paperwork and final closing of properties and other services as agreed upon by firm and city to the government authority located in Farmington Hills, MI.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
