5. Disaster Recovery/Backup software management
6. Infrastructure hardware configuration backups (switches, firewalls, routers)
b) Network Technician Assistance
1. Server security settings and patches
2. Server room management
3. Virus Protection support
4. Email filtering support
5. Remote screen share support
6. Onsite support
7. Backup for existing IT staff when not available
c) Technology Consulting
1. Project management
2. Policy management
3. Network auditing
4. Pre-purchase consulting
5. Engineering of network solutions
6. Security assessment and audits
7. Disaster and continuous operation planning
d) Automation (Proprietary Technologies)
1. 24/7 Network health checks, monitoring, and alarms
2. Centralized log consolidation and archiving, if available
3. Network health and performance monitoring and logging
4. Real-Time remote management
5. Customized monitoring and alarming, if available
6. Client accessible monitoring dashboards, if available
7. Third party alarm notification, if available
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 08, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.
