[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide network support services to the government authority located in Wayne, MI.
- Perform overall network health check and provide report of findings
- Serve as network architecture resources
- Help identify and prioritize immediate priorities for network support and improvement
- Support ongoing network projects
- Assist in trouble shooting networking issues
- Help ensure best practise for network security
- Update and maintain network documentation
- Mentor and educate existing employees to transfer knowledge
- Monitor performance and make upgrade recommendation using management or monitoring tools
- Recommend configuration changes and network upgrades as required
- Install configure trouble shoot and maintain network infrastructure and network monitoring tools and hardware as required or directed
- Provide 24/7 support
- Demonstrated ability to fully manage all aspects of projects
(2) A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on March 5, 2019.
