[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide programming master plan and concept study to the government authority located in Grand Rapids, MI.
- Programming: (conduct work sessions with various constituent groups departments to gather information and document findings, identify current and future spatial need requirements of departments operations including overall square footage and composition of each department and user group, program of space document, narrative description of each department operations as it relates to overall function and operation, the specific needs of the department, and anticipated
future needs to improve efficiency)
- Master plan and concept Study (development of site plan inclusive of infrastructure/utility needs, provide options of overall site plan and new facility placement on site, prepare basic block plans, prepare conceptual front elevation, develop a probable total project cost estimate)
(2) A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on February 26, 2019.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 26,2019.
