[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide TSX property maintenance services to the government authority located in Taylor, MI.
(A) 24-26 weeks of weekly Grass cutting; with edging or trimming; parking lot and sidewalks picked up or swept up of any debris or garbage
- Every other week weed and rake mulch beds to keep them looking fresh and continue to trim any
shrubs and trees around the building
(B) Spring clean-up:
- Clean-up of all the beds and around the building of leaves or debris
- Parking lot picked up or swept up of any debris or garbage
 -Trimming of all the landscaping grasses and any shrubs and trees around the building
(C) Fresh mulch and flowers:
- 50 yards of mulch to be lightly spread in all the beds,
- 30-40 1-gallon containers of flowers provided and planting location is to be determined,
- 20-25 trees around the building old mulch dugout and mulched correctly per agricultural standards
(D) Fall clean up:
- Leaves picked up from the mulch beds and around the building
- Flowers pulled from beds
- Trimming of all the landscaping grasses, shrubs and trees around the building
- Parking lot picked up/swept up of any debris/garbage
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
