[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide security services for assigned posts to ensure the safety and security of all members, conduct background checks at no cost to the prospective hire, fully detailed weekly reports of incidents and banning activities, setting the security alarm, regular and timely completion of security related forms and ensure regular communication by email and face-to-face meetings in accordance with an established schedule to the government authority located in Lansing, MI.
(2) An optional pre-proposal meeting will be held on February 26, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 22, 2019.
(4) Contract period will be one year.
