Government Authority located in Bay City, Michigan; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for employee retirement system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee retirement system to the government authority located in Bay City, MI.
- Be directly responsible to the board
- Serve as medical director to in accordance with policies and procedures described in the ordinance and the disability retirement procedure
- Conduct a thorough review of applicants and re-examinees treating medical records and diagnostic test results as well as review records supplied by the administrator
- Arrange for and pass upon all medical examinations required under the provisions of the retirement system
- Investigate all essential statements and certificates of a medical nature by or on behalf of a member, or other claimant, in connection with any application for duty and non-duty disability retirement, or death in line of duty benefits
- Report in writing to the Board conclusions and recommendations using the board prescribed forms
- The medical director shall be experienced and knowledgeable in performing medical evaluations and qualified to render opinions on whether the plan participant is totally and permanently disabled, as well as whether the claimed disability is work-related or personal in nature
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 20, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
