Government Authority located in Mason, Michigan; USA based organization looking for architectural and engineering services for exterior renovations.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services for exterior renovations to the government authority located in Mason, MI.
- Vendor will be responsible for working to evaluate the current conditions of and make recommendations for the exterior renovations project.
-Vendor will furnish all expertise, labor and resources for complete design and engineering services for the project in accordance with the requirements and subsequent contract.
-Services shall consist of two phases: Phase I – preliminary evaluation and design services:
-Meet with staff to discuss the proposed project, requirements, goals and desired
outcomes.
-Define and evaluate the extent of deterioration of the existing mortar of the building
- Create a preliminary plan that will meet the needs to correct the deterioration issues.
-Develop a preliminary construction budget for the project.
-Meet with representatives to review all findings.
-Submit three complete sets of the report including findings, preliminary design, recommendations, and a preliminary constructive budget for review and approval.
- Phase II – construction administration services
- Meet with staff to review the final drawings and details.
- Design and prepare all final plans and drawings.
-Provide technical specifications for incorporation into the bid documents for the
engineering provided.
-Provide a list of possible contractors for site elements.
-Provide all bid documents, including a project manual, and assist in the review, evaluation, and recommendation for award of bids.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on February 22, 2019.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 7,2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
