[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide tele fund services and solution include technology-enabled fundraising software (telephony platform + CRM solution), initial call center set-up, training, and ongoing support, currently has a callable database of approximately 75,000 records with over 130,000 total records.
- Reporting by call should at a minimum include outcome of call, comments/concerns of caller, prospect record update – address, phone, preferred phone, preferred email, birthdate, employer and business info and additional data collection based on type of call.
(2) All question must be submitted in written no later than February 14, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
