[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional financial and compliance auditing services on the entire operations of each entity, and its funds and component units, respectively. Separate audit reports will be issued for Single Audits, Retirement System Audits, and any other reports required by federal and state agencies, Independent Certified Public Accountant report on the fair presentation of the basic financial statements in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles in the united states and standards applicable to financial audits contained in government auditing standards, issued by the comptroller general of the united states, independent certified public accountant report on internal control over financial reporting in accordance with government auditing standards and test its compliance of laws, regulations, contracts and grants, management letter on internal controls and recommendations, including required communications with those charged with governance and legislative and other relevant informational items to the government authority located in Farmington, MI.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 12, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
