[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide phone system Cloud-based solutions for educational organization will be considered, but must include,
- Call service costs must be listed separate,
- Must offer measured business line option for up to 5 analog lines,
- On-premise survivability capability for each building,
- VOIP Handset extensions
- Main office advanced handsets, Basic handsets for classrooms and offices and Wi-Fi handsets optional,
- All phone calls are routed 10Gigbait fiber is currently interconnecting each building,
- Voicemail System,
- Mailboxes for all handset extensions, Mailboxes for staff without dedicated handset and Web-based or app-based remote access to mailbox desired,
- Software Assurance and Upgrade Service warranty,
- All phone calls are routed through existing strategy phone system.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
