[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide incident response case management solution for helping security analysts manage investigations more effectively, orchestration and automation where possible,
- This tool should perform tasks automatically, rather than manually, consistency workflows within the tool ensure consistency of process,
- A ticket-based system permits team members to assign or search for a specific incident within a single interface,
- All aspects of the work are housed in a central location that data collection, analysis, and remediation, tickets can be assigned to other team members creating enhanced collaboration on the case from detection through remediation,
- Enhanced analysis and development of threat intelligence analysts can respond by updating signatures and rules to detect suspicious activity based on historical analysis,
- The solution needs to be able to integrate with as many cybersecurity applications and platforms as possible.
(2) All questions had been submitted no later than January 24, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
