[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide behavioral health services including assessments and subsequent therapeutic services to the government authority located in Detroit, MI.
- These individuals will receive services best identified as Clinical Case Management which includes: initial screenings, comprehensive assessments, if medically necessary, and if appropriate individual therapy and psychiatric services.
1. Measurable Intended Outcomes:
- Program participants will receive mental health services which include screenings, comprehensive assessments, individual therapy and psychiatric services; if medically necessary and if appropriate. Program participants requesting mental health services will be assessed and referred to the appropriate level of care.
- Program participants experiencing a mental health crisis will receive crisis intervention services.
2. Secondary Intended Outcome:
- Program participants, with serious emotional disturbance or at risk for serious emotional disturbance, will develop the skills to manage their illness.
- Program participants will acquire specific skills to help them achieve.
- Improved autonomous function.
- Increased skills needed to transition into adulthood.
- Reduced stigma relative to accepting mental health services.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 30, 2019.
