[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide compensation and benefits study services for create a total compensation system for non-union positions, both hourly and salaried, that is competitive in the current market, ability to recruit, retain and fairly compensate quality employees, develop a new non- union job classification and compensation system to ensure a fair and equitable system both internally and externally, ensure positions performing similar work with essentially the same level of complexity, responsibility, and knowledge, skills and abilities are classified together, identify potential pay compression and other issues and provide suggestions for solutions, review current non-union employment benefits, review union employment benefits for internal alignment considerations and allow for movement within the salary ranges based on employee job performance to the government authority located in Ann Arbor, MI.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 31, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
