[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide project management firm services for develop a comprehensive transition plan which identifies key milestones, responsible parties and task interdependencies, identifies due dates and task interdependencies and allows for the tracking of the project progress, separate collections units to pursue delinquent collections, purchasing and implementation of customer management software, developing plans to redesign its citizen tax help center and current plans will need to be reconfigured to accommodate the new staff, implement best practices for its income tax administration and development of a communications plan to the government authority located in Detroit, MI.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on January 31, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 4, 2019.
(4) Contract period will be two years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
