[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign services using content management system must be compatible with web browsers including Chrome, Safari, MS Internet Explorer, Edge and Firefox, mobile device including Apple, iOS, Google and android and social media.
- Delivering a flexible and scalable CMS supporting the creation, management, and publishing of website content inclusive of services.
- Providing content analysis, planning, and assistance with migration to a new framework.
- Creating a site that is responsive, mobile-friendly, and designed in accordance with the graphic guidelines.
- Mobile/tablet version of website to allow easy access and use of site.
(2) Vendor also needs to provide consolidation of online tools for content management system, legislative agenda management process, stream and archive video content for Township meetings, online applicant management and its web-based recreation management software that closely meets its current requirements and is capable of expansion to meet future needs.
- Allow for robust search on the site that is not reliant on an external service or appliance.
- Allow for responsive design for the delivery of all pages that are optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Allow for the creation of online forms for website users to fill out and submit.
- Ability to allow site visitors to subscribe and unsubscribe to receive notifications to content updates.
- Allow the administrative ability to restrict adding styles that could break compliance with brand and style guidelines.
- Allow for direct media asset uploads during the creation and editing of content, and not require these assets to be uploaded to a media library first.
- Ability to add additional supplemental questions or categories online.
- Ability to create and modify forms in the user interface without vendor involvement.
- Ability to create posting requisitions online from scratch, position descriptions, classification titles, previous postings, or templates.
- Ability to create and store unique job descriptions, regardless of title and responsibilities, under each classification.
- Allows applicants to view their current and historic statuses for all positions applied to in real time.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
