[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide customer donor relationship management system will serve as a donor tracking system capable of producing contact and giving reports for multiple campus programs, replacing the current computer-based database application, as well as several access database and excel spreadsheets used by other departments , track constituent contacts and assign prospect managers ,code constituents based on type, connection to the college, appeals, and campaign, and have the ability to add new codes as necessary, link records based on relationship, implement a new CRM system, including all implementation configuration support and project management, transfer existing information into the new system. current system holds 340,000 address records, develop reports that may not already be part of the system, manage external grants, provide online payment options via pay-pal (only), customizable budgeting tool for grants management, ability to create customized forms, calendar and email reminder alerts, complete solution cost to implement and maintain, cloud-based solutions will be preferred over on-premise software systems.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
