Vendor needs to provide security real-time location systems for improve student and staff safety and security, uses technology with text based alerting options, a lockdown panic button feature, real time messaging based on proximity and advanced web based location visibility and reporting, viewable from one dashboard and we must have access to custom reports, Scalable, centralized system management, allow for custom alerting to specific groups and even individuals, allow for targeted groups, email messages, badge text messages and push or pull emergency alerts, allow only those in a certain geographical area, allow for mass notifications to all tags or staff, able to record and playback all staff movements during a crisis of any kind, allow for programmable messages that are customized to each specific policy and procedure, reporting software that automatically records such things as the time, location and nature of the crisis.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
