[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic planning consulting services to develop a six-year strategic plan for all aspects of this research, for example, planning, coordinating, analyzing, reporting, etc.
• SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) Analysis
• PEST (Political, Economic, Social, Technology) Analysis
• On-site interactions with internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in College-wide “Action Summits” based on results of faculty and staff engagement survey include Mission, Vision, Mission Strands, Core Values and Organizational Philosophy.
- consultant’s research and analysis, develop/design a comprehensive, customized multi-year strategic planning process
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 21, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
