[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Text Messaging Solution to comprehensive text (SMS) and response marketing solution to communicate with prospective students and active students via text messaging.
- Proposed solution must use cloud-based data hosting / software-as-a service (SaaS).
- Allow client-managed role-based permissions to support scheduling message distribution, ability to schedule communication distribution based on calendar events or in response to incoming messages.
- Ability to store an unlimited amount of different contact numbers and student records ensuring synchronization with Ellucian Recruit and Banner.
- Two-way communication and contact integration with CRM software, specifically Ellucian Recruit, AMP Student Admissions Software, and Ellucian Banner.
- Real-time integration is desired, if that is not possible, batch integration is minimally required.
- Describe the available data interface APIs for various student constituent groups.
- Assignable message categories to allow for segmentation for either constituents or
sender organization areas.
- Ability to send individual text responses to message recipients; effectively manage two way conversations, with tracking.
- Administrative end-user proxy ability, allowing reassignment of numbers and/or messages to meet staffing schedules, 1. Monthly inbound and outbound traffic reports, 2. Successful vs. failed messages, 3. Uptime and downtime of services, 4. SMS error code messages; and, 5. Opt-out-rates.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 20, 2018.
(3) A contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
