[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide property management services for a full-service Property Manager to operate and maintain the facilities described above to the government authority located in Michigan.
- Management and maintenance of all building and life-safety systems according to industry and City standards for a building of this size, capacity, location, and traffic orientation
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on December 20, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for two years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
