(1) Vendor needs to provide student information system for meet the individual needs of and ensure the success of every student, improved accessibility to reliable, actionable, and integrated instructional and administrative data, engage our digitally connected teachers, students and families, evaluation committee that will evaluate the solution capabilities to meet the functional and technical requirements, ability to enable the long-term vision of an integrated and student-centered data ecosystem, secure, web-based platform for maintaining student information, while also providing real-time access to data for students, teachers, parents, and administrators, advanced reporting, self-service portals, integration with other external cloud-based solutions, and greater flexibility for customization, improve the academic experience of all students to ensure they are college and career ready, ensure that all staff have the professional development they need to support our students and maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our district, manage and deploy our resources responsibly, transparently, and equitably to support our student’s success, record for all critical electronic student information and records, including enrollment and demographic data, exceptional student education data, classroom and daily attendance records, grades and academic achievement records, course and subject assignments, high school credits and transcripts, limited health information, parental and emergency contacts, and special program details, access to data for common data exports, requiring high degree of technical expertise to access data through non-procedural access. limited scalability and usability of canned reports, which are typically limited to school-level and district level summaries, coordinate testing and associated support structures to document accommodations, deliver the right test to the right student and monitor retesting processes, reduce time-consuming back-end processes, including master scheduling, maintenance, report card processing, end of year rollover process and pupil accounting related reporting.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 19, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
