[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud-based customer relationship management and point of sale software for enhance the capabilities to connect with and communicate effectively with the patrons, security processes and resources that prevent unauthorized access to information, support confidentiality, availability, integrity of the data and transmission of data, ability to assign individual, role-based access, able to handle peak volumes without significant response time degradation, integrate with one or more credit card processing services currently available in the market, ability to integrate payments of different types into the same transaction, ability to have a universal and consistent invoicing system for all the parks, ability to have an external portal to handle customer payments on site throughout the parks, ability to ensure accounting of revenue for prepayments, deposits, ability to have preauthorization of credit cards for deposits, ability for customers to log in and manage payments, ability to bill customers with different invoice levels, ability to access real time data, ability to access the system by multiple browsers, ability to send out e-mail campaigns, ability to send out e-mail marketing, ability to have e-mail subscription lists, ability to have e-mail categories, ability to differentiate between multiple sites and multiple parks and set specific permissions to each site, ability to issue a refund at the point of sale, ability to print itemized receipts, ability to process non-revenue transactions, ability to have notifications of low inventory levels, ability to flag or display a message when price is below cost, ability to perform research and targeting from data, ability to track interactions with customers as well as flag items for follow up and assign tasks, ability to create personalized communication pieces, ability to access pos information on mobile devices, ability to send email notifications to staff for online bookings/orders, ability to have different status levels for reservations, ability to have users create their own account or sign up as a guest, ability to print shelter reserved signs, ability to have reporting for storm water information.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on December 17, 2018.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than December 18, 2018.
(4) Contract period will be three years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
