[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide video-taping service to following
- The vendor will be responsible for recording and submitting, with captions or graphics, replays of
Council meetings when held. The format of these must meet the requirements of Public Television.
- Vendor may be asked to perform various other filming for departments outside of City Council.
- The vendor must be on time and ready to start recording when meetings start.
- The vendor will conduct business in a professional manner, and will be responsible to have an
individual available to tape all assigned meeting dates.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 13, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
