Government Authority located in Michigan; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for paper to digital document scanning and imaging services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document scanning and imaging services using scanning resolution at 200 dpi in multiple file format including pdf and tiff.
- Pick up documents and transport securely to imaging center, where the documents are tracked.
- files are imaged using automatic document feeder high end scanners and indexed into appropriate batches classes.
(2) Approximately work volume will be digitize 550,000 pages in approximately 160 boxes.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than December 11, 2018.
(4) Contract period will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
