[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide financial consultant services for its annual funding allocation from HUD, and other incentives towards our goals of, increasing multifamily housing production new and rehabilitated housing, rehabilitating existing single family housing, transforming neighborhood commercial districts with mixed-use housing, preserving both expiring affordable housing and historic housing resources, investing in public facilities and infrastructure including open space, green infrastructure, and streetscapes that support neighborhood development; to the government authority located in Detroit, MI.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 11, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for two years.

- Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
