[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide brownfield redevelopment consulting services to the government authority located in Harbor Springs, MI.
- Plan, generate and process Brownfield Plans, Act 381 Work Plans, Development and Reimbursement Agreements and related documents prepared on behalf of the ECBRA by the Consultant.
- Review and evaluate, and assist the Secretary in negotiating Brownfield Plans, Act 381 Work Plans, Development and Reimbursement Agreements and related documents prepared by third parties and submitted to the ECBRA.
- Prepare material for, and participate in meetings, presentations of the ECBRA, Municipalities, Department of Environmental Quality, Economic Development Corporation and Strategic Fund when considering, and acting on Brownfield Plans, Act 381 Work Plans and Development and Reimbursement Agreements.
- Assist prospective developers and redevelopers with completing the ECBRA Brownfield Redevelopment Funding Assistance applications, evaluate such applications on behalf of the ECBRA, and provide recommendations.
- Assist prospective developers, redevelopers with pursuing funding and technical assistance and incentives through Federal, State and local agencies and programs including but not limited to Environmental Protection Agency
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 10, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
