Vendor needs to provide comprehensive solution for must meet compliance legislation specs, including VoIP, ani and updates, must support VoIP telephony, must track movements of ip phones from one location to another, must track movements of ip phone users from one location to another, if user logs into a phone, able to consolidate emergency call routing for networks spanning multiple jurisdiction areas and for remote workers, able to dedicate trunks for 911, able to identify the emergency response location, able to support an indefinite number of emergency response locations, alerts must include caller detail such as name, location and call back number, ability for staff onsite to monitor the emergency call, able to record the emergency call and create reports of emergency calls and alarms.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
