[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide student business services for merchant services, student refunds, campus card services, ACH Services.
- The acceptance of Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express branded cards,
- The merchant environment must be Europay MasterCard Visa (EMV)-enabled POS devices with the same level,
- Student Business Services and campus department operations as related to merchant services, including but not limited to disputed card items,
- Payment and payment dates for services, fees and products delivered, initial cost and on-going monthly cost,
- Interested in ACH Services to reduce return check occurrences, reduce labor cost, and facilitate return check management,
- Processes student refunds and student payroll through Bank Mobile, Student Portal Services, Administrator Portal Services, EFT via Direct Deposit and ACH (Refund Method Options), Integration Services and Department of Education Cash Management Rule Adherence and Guidance to the government authority located in Ypsilanti, MI.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 6, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
