[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional window washing services to the government authority located in Birmingham, MI.
- Cleaned glass shall be defined as glass that is free of dirt, dust, paint, grease, oil, film,streaks, etc.
- All interior portions of the structure and furnishings shall be protected from the work; i.e. matsand drop cloths over sills, flooring, furniture, etc.
- All glass windows of the building, including storms.
- All glass areas of the elevator.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on December 6, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.
