[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive asbestos management program services for all its buildings, firm shall provide an updated evaluation of resources needed to complete response actions successfully and carry out re-inspection, operations and maintenance activities, periodic surveillance and training to the government authority located in Alpena, MI.
- Recommendations may include such items as, but not limited to the following Process to designate person to ensure AHERA requirements are fulfilled, process to train the designated person or maintenance/custodial personnel, process to implement a response action, process to post warning labels adjacent to friable and non-friable ACBM in routine mintenance areas, process to notify outside contractors, process to provide annual notification, process to maintain copies of bulk sample reports and abatement records, process to perform or document periodic surveillance, response action records and bulk sample reports.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid meeting/walkthrough will be held on December 10, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
