[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Strategic Community Recreation and Master Park Plan Services to complete their 2020-24 Strategic Community Recreation & Master Park Plan, The five-year plan will include elements of both a strategic plan and a master plan for the department, in accordance with Michigan Department of Natural Resources (MDNR) requirements. The department has statistical data and information such as park inventories already completed. The Novi park system includes 11 developed parks, three undeveloped parks, three conservation/preservation areas, 14.65 miles of nature trails, 10.11 miles of mountain biking trails, a beach with 100 feet of sandy water frontage, an ice arena, a dog park and a senior housing campus. City staff will provide all maps, demographic data, inventory, capital improvement program plan, etc. to the government authority located Novi, MI.
(2) A question must be submitted no later than November 14, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
