[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Strategic Planning Consultant Services for a Library to formulate a new strategic plan that will guide service development and resource allocation, best fulfill community needs in a financially restricted environment, and address evolving technologies on changing service demands and delivery models.
- Facilitate the strategic planning process using the results of the Library survey, the
Organizational Assessment report, as well as planning methodology effective for public libraries.
- Facilitate planning meetings (as many as necessary) with the Library Commission and library
administration.
- Review vision, mission, and value statements for validity and timeliness; recommend revisions.
- Using the recommendations of Cobalt Community Research and the Organizational
Assessment report, identify service priorities, goals, objectives, activities, and measurements.
- Through a give and take dialogue with the Library Commission and library administration, write
and present the strategic plan that will be communicated to the library’s stakeholders.
- Submit one electronic, editable, copy of the final Dearborn Public Library Strategic Plan.
(2) A question must be submitted no later than November 28, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
