Government Authority located in Michigan; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Cash Register and Point of Sale System.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Cash Register and Point of Sale System to updates to all of our daily processes. The functions to be addressed are cash receipting, point of sale, payment and receipt processing, deposits, credit card processing, interface/integration and reporting.
Ability to accept multiple payment types including:
Cash
Checks/money orders/cashier's checks
Credit cards
Debit cards
Credit memo (internal) / refund to customer
ACH
EFT
Internet e-payments (Electronic Transaction Receipting, including credit cards, debit cards, EFT, and e-checks)
Imported payment file (e.g., from lockbox)
Other/Miscellaneous (Journal Entries, Interfaces)
Ability to establish unique personnel identification numbers with authority to perform specific functions.
Ability to configure and process workflows for approvals, review, and modification.
Ability to maintain a complete audit trail for all transactions
- Ability to connect Point of sale (POS) terminals to the financial system within the departments where volume of transactions warrants the use.
(2) A question must be submitted no later than December 6, 2018.
(3) A contract period will be two years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
